the hotel's location is wonderful. i could easily walk to major shopping areas. the room had useful amenities, including generous shampoo and conditioner. a coffee machine with coffee capsules was very welcome! the wifi was quick and efficient too.
i found the decor a little out of date.

the hotel offers breakfast with a range of western and asian cuisine. staff keep the dishes topped up nicely. it features chandeliers and french piano accordion music, different and charming.

I was so impressed with the location. Everything was super close. ginza's main road was just three blocks away, and major shops were right there. convenience stores across the street were useful. the breakfast was excellent. I thought the staff were very accomodating.
the single room felt quite small, and the bed was against the wall. fresh towels each day had a slight odor.

Some staff had translating devices, very accurate, even if english wasn't their first language. I found this to be really helpful. they provided maps of the area. the staff was eager to help.

i liked the room size. the hotel provided a nice space. the elevators worked efficiently and this made moving around easy. i was glad that the rooms were clean.

Breakfast offered great food varieties. the sashimi for kaisendon was delicious. i really enjoyed the coffee and tea capsules in my room. they were high quality. I drank it all.
